NUMOVEQUIPMENT RECORDS

How it works

The workflow begins with uncertainty, not a perfect build sheet.

NUMOV follows a piece of equipment from arrival through identification, evidence, review, and handoff. The interface makes incomplete knowledge operational without quietly turning it into certainty.

Organization workflow

Four acts around one record

01

Receive

Open the record before identity is settled

Arrival date, custody, and the words visible on the equipment are enough to begin. Unknown details remain named questions.

02

Identify

Build the chair from its fitted parts

Record the base, controller, seating, input device, batteries, and accessories as separate claims rather than inheriting them from a model name.

03

Establish

Attach the basis for each claim

A label, invoice, manual, inspection, or prior record travels with the detail it supports. Review stays separate from entry.

04

Handoff

Issue a record that survives the handoff

The organization retains history while the next authorized person receives a technical summary or read-only Equipment Passport.

One platform, distinct workspaces

The same asset reads differently at the intake desk and the technical bench.

Organization staff see custody, workflow, blockers, and handoff. Authorized technical users see identity, parts, provenance, review status, manuals, and record-level safety-notice reasoning.

Shared foundation
